规范化培训教程在ICU新护士培训中的应用及效果分析

目的：探讨综合ICU新护士规范化培训的方法。方法：制订规范化培训教程，对2010年新人科的15名护士进行系统的业务素质、专科理论、操作技能培训，并对培训效果进行总结分析。结果：新人科护士在培训前，理论考核成绩为（65．64±3．91）分，操作考核成绩为（75．27±3．47）分；经过5个月的新护士培训与考核，有1名护士不能胜任ICU的工作而被淘汰，有3名护士因为个人原因辞职，未完成培训计划，其余11名均顺利通过培训，理论考核成绩为（88．18±2．40）分，操作考核成绩为（91．46±2．12）分。培训后的成绩较培训前有了显著提高（P〈0．05）。培训后，进入临床工作的11名护士均掌握了ICU专科护理基本技能（P〈0．05）。结论：规范化培训能尽快使新护士适应综合ICU高强度的工作性质，应对ICU的常规工作，但培养成熟型的ICU护士还需要后续较长时间的不断地、规范化的培训。

Analysis of practice and effect on standardization nurse training mode of ICU new nurses

Objective： To discuss the method on nurse training of intensive care unit （ICU）. Methods： Make a practice plan for 15 nursing trainees were trained for 5 months in professional field, including intensive care quality, ICU technical abili- ty and nursing skills. The training results were analyzed and summarized. Results： Go through 5 months, 1 case failed, 3 cases quitted the train, and 11 cases passed the training. Theory test scores were （88.18±2.40） scores, and clinical practice test scores were （91.46±2.12） scores, improved evidently （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Standardization nurse training mode of ICU is effectively to improve the ICU nursing skills. It is useful to face routine work in ICU.
