| 摘 要： | 尽管检测手段和方法不断进步,不明原因发热的诊断至今仍是常见而且重要的临床难题之一。感染仍是导致不明原因发热的主要病因,但有关风湿类疾病和其他病因导致的不明原因发热的报道不断增多。目前,细致的病史分析和详尽的体格检查,辅助必要的实验室检查,仍是诊断不明原因发热病因较好的方法。

| Abstract: | Fever of unknown origin(FUO) is still an important problem in clinical practice despite recent advances in diagnostic tools and methods.Infection is still considered a major cause of FUO.However,collagen vascular diseases and undiagnosed cases have been increasingly reported.Careful analysis of clinical data and physical examinations,with essential lab examinations,were the better way to find the causes of FUO. |
