| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT在糖尿病肺结核涂阳患者疗效评价中的作用。方法：选取87例初治涂阳糖尿病肺结核患者,测定治疗前血糖量,观察治疗前后CT征象变化,并与痰检结果进行对照。结果：87例患者中结核杆菌涂阳转移患者55例,未转患者32例,血糖控制在〈8.4 mmol/L、8.4～11.3 mmol/L和≥11.4 mmol/L的转阴率依次为79.41%、59.26%和46.15%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。CT观察病灶范围、空洞情况、胸腔积液和淋巴结变化情况与涂阳变化之间有显著相关（P〈0.01）,糖尿病肺结核的CT图像所示变形形态不同与转阴情况之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：CT征象的变化可作为糖尿病肺结核患者治疗疗效的评价标准。
