桩核修复新进展

根管治疗后的患牙大多有较严重的牙体缺损，容易发生冠根折裂。为了防止治疗失败，在修复时要考虑到无髓牙的薄弱易折性，给予适当的加强和弥补，良好的修复重建是十分必要的。桩核可以较好地恢复冠部缺损．为冠部固位提供支持力。根管治疗后的牙齿何时使用桩核，使用什么类型的桩核，许多临床工作者并不是十分清楚。纤维加强型树脂桩核具有一些理想的物理机械性能，它的出现冲击了桩核的一些经典理论，预示着很好的发展潜力。树脂水门汀粘接技术的迅猛发展也间接地推动了桩核的发展。本文总结以上几方面文献的研究结果。希望对口腔临床工作者全面了解桩核有所帮助，为临床工作提供依据。

Recent advance in post core restoration
