| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨独活乙醇提取物在体外对环氧化酶的影响。方法：测定大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞6-keto-PGF1α和PGE2的含量。结果：独活对环氧化酶-1（COX-1）和环氧化酶-2（COX-2）都有不同程度的抑制作用。在剂量相同时,独活对COX-2的抑制率大于COX-1。结论：独活的祛风湿作用可能是通过抑制环氧化酶而介导的。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore effects of ethanol extract of angelicae pubescentis radix on cyclooxygenase in vitro.Methods： Contents of 6-keto-PGF1α and PGE2 in rat abdominal macrophages were determined.Results： COX-1 and COX-2 were inhibited by angelicae pubescentis radix.The inhibitive rate of COX-2 was bigger than the inhibitive rate of COX-1 at the same concentration.Conclusion： One of the antirheumatic mechanisms of angelicae pubescentis radix might probably be mediating through inhibition of cyclooxygenase. |
