| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将我院2010年4月～2011年4月就诊的慢性支气管炎患者90例随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各45例。治疗组用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗,对照组患者用必嗽平注射液进行治疗,对比其临床疗效。结果：经过1周治疗后,对照组总有效率为75.5%,治疗组为97.7%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎疗效显著,副作用小,值得临床应用推广。
