阴式手术在子宫良性肿瘤的临床应用

目的：探讨阴式手术在子宫良性肿瘤中的临床应用效果。方法：选取2008年1月～2010年12月在我院行阴式手术治疗的子宫良性肿瘤患者100例，同时选取100例行开腹手术切除子宫良性肿瘤的患者作为对照，观察两组患者术中、术后情况，对手术时间、术中平均出血量、术后体温恢复时间、术后平均排气时间、术后留置尿管时间、术后发病率、平均住院天数情况进行比较。结果：观察组的阴式手术时间、术中平均出血量、术后平均排气时间、术后发病率、平均住院天数（65．6±21．7）min、（74．6±28．0）ml、（21．3±6．5）h、10％、（3．4±1．2）d1与对照组（89．4±30．2）min、（134．5±53．1）ml、（31．5±7．8）h、31％、（5．1±1．9）d1比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。观察组的术后尿管留置时间、术后体温恢复时间（2．3±0．6）d、（3．2±0．8）d1与对照组（2．4±0．7）d、（3．4±1．1）d1比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）。结论：与经腹子宫切除术相比，阴式子宫全切术具有手术时间短、术后恢复快、术后发病率低及住院时间短等优点．且具有微创的特点．在掌握患者适应证及术者具有一定的手术水平的条件下．可适当地应用于临床。
