| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）浓度在中晚期肺癌中的临床意义。方法：应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）测定51例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者（实验组）治疗前后血清VEGF的浓度变化,并对患者进行疗效评价。同期选取10例健康者作为对照组。结果：51例中晚期肺癌患者治疗前血清VEGF中位值（101.28 ng/L）均高于对照组的中位值（23.74 ng/L）（P=0.000 6）。51例中晚期肺癌中,33例治疗有效（CR＋PR＋SD）,占64.7%,治疗无效（PD）18例,占35.3%;治疗有效患者血清浓度为（70.00±33.88）ng/L,显著低于治疗前浓度（90.30±61.12）ng/L,差异有高度统计学意义（P=0.006 5）;肿瘤进展的患者血清浓度（101.60±52.79）ng/L与治疗前浓度（121.41±74.63）ng/L相仿,差异无统计学意义（P=0.240 7）。结论：血清VEGF可作为中晚期肺癌监测病情、判断疗效和预后一个有用的指标。
