多索茶碱静脉应用治疗儿童哮喘危重状态的疗效分析

目的 观察多索茶碱治疗儿童支气管哮喘危重状态的临床疗效及安全性。方法 对符合支气管哮喘危重状态的42例患儿随机分为多索茶碱治疗组22例和对照组20例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予多索茶碱5mg／k，对照组给予氨茶碱5mg／k，30分钟内泵入，观察喘息症状和肺部哮鸣音的增减以及副作用。结果 治疗组总有效率为95．5％．对照组为75％，两组比较有显著性差异。副作用方面治疗组仅1例有胃肠道症状，对照组有12例出现不同程度的胃肠道、心血管、神经系统症状。结论 多索茶碱治疗儿童哮喘危重状态较氨茶碱安全、有效，可作为哮喘危重状态附加治疗方案的首选。

Discussion about the vein injection of doxofylline given to critical asthma patients

Objective The article aims at observing the clinical effect and safety of the vein injection of doxofylline given to infant patients suffering from critical bronchitis asthma.Methods In the way of dividing the 42 infant patients suffering from critical bronchitis asthma into two groups at random: one includes 22 patients treated with doxofylline while the other has 20 patients as a contrast.The former is given 5(mg/kg) doxofylline on the basis of usual treatment while the later is given 5(mg/kg) aminofylline through 30min vein injection.Then observe the breathing symptoms and the change of lung wheezing as well as side effects.Results As a result,the total effective rate of the group receiving doxofylline treatment is 95.5% while the group receiving aminofylline treatment is 75%,the contrast is obvious.With regard to side effect,the first group only has one case showing stomach and intestine symptoms while the second group has 12 cases showing various symptoms of stomach and intestines,cardiovascular system,and nervous system.Conclusion It can thus be concluded that doxofylline is much safer and more effective than aminofylline in curing critical infant bronchitis asthma.It can be the priority choice in the additional treatment of asthma in critical state.
