| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腹联合切口在贲门癌手术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析采用胸腹联合切口治疗贲门癌52例临床资料。结果手术切除42例(8l％)，开腹探查10例(19％)，术后并发症5例(10％)，死亡1例(2％)。结论经胸腹联合切口切除贲门癌较单纯开胸或剖腹手术显露好，有利于肿瘤切除、胃区域及纵隔淋巴结清扫。

| Abstract: | Objective To investgate application of the thoracoabdominal incision in surgical treatment for cancer of the gastric cardia. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 52 patients with cardiac cancer who underwent operation by left thoracoabdominal on abdominal approach. Results Of the 52 cases, tumors were resected through left thoracoabdominal approach in 42,the other 10 underwent abdominal exploration because of invasion and metastasis of cancer. There were 5 cases with complications and 1 death following surgery. Conclusion The left thoacoabdominal incision gives an execellent exposure for resction of cardiac cancer, with a lower morbidity and mortality rate comparable abdominal or to thoracic incision only. This approach might be one of choices for most patients with cardiac cancer.[ |
