| 摘 要： | 目的：解决传统电子病历系统受有线网络连接的限制而无法进一步向病床延伸的问题。方法：通过掌上计算机无线传输及数据同步等技术,开发出了移动护士工作站子系统。结果：实现了床旁患者身份确认、医嘱执行与生命体征采集等功能。结论：为闭合电子病历信息链,提高医疗质量提供了技术保障。

| Abstract: | Objective To solve the problem that traditional electronic medical records（EMR） system could not be extended to patients＇ bedside because of the wired network connection restrictions. Methods Based on wireless transmission and data synchronization technologies in PDA, a mobile nursing station was developed. Results Such functions were realized as patient identity verification, implementation of doctor＇s orders and vital signs collection beside patients＇ bed. Conclusion Technical support is provided for closing EMR information chain and improving medical quality. |
