2003-2005年我院中成药用药分析

目的 了解广州医学院第二附属医院中成药的应用情况，为提高药品管理水平提供科学依据。方法 采用药物经济学方法对该院2003-2005年中成药的年销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日用药金额进行统计分析。结果 中成药的年销售金额呈上升趋势，治疗心血管和上呼吸道感染药物的DDDs连续3年位居前10位。结论 该院中成药的应用基本合理,疗效确切、价廉的中成药在临床中占优势。

Analysis of the Use of Ready-made Traditional Chinese Medicine in Our Hospital During 2003--2005

Objective To understand the condition of ready-made traditional Chinese medicine(RTCM) used in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College and to provide some scientific basis for drug administration. Methods To collect the sum of money of annual consumption and amount of consumption of RTCM used in this hospital during 2003-2005. The sum of money of annual consumption, frequency and daily sum of money of RTCM were analysed statistically with DDDs and pharmacoeconomic method. Results The sum of money of annual consumption of RTCM showed an increasing trend in this hospital during 2003-2005. The DDDs of drugs used in cardiovascular diseases and the infections of upper respiratory tract have kept the first 10 places for 3 years in succession. Conclusion In this hospital, the use of RTCM is rational on the whole. Cheap and effective RTCM gains the upper hand in clinic.
