| 摘 要： | 目的观察慢性酒精中毒患者的脑电图改变并探讨其诊断价值。方法对105例慢性酒精中毒患者进行脑电图监测，并对其EEG表现进行回顾性分析。结果105例慢性酒精中毒患者脑电图异常82例（78．1％）。慢性酒精中毒患者脑电图改变以弥漫性慢波增多为主，异常程度和饮酒量、饮酒年限明显相关。结论反映慢性酒精中毒引起大脑的弥漫性损害，对临床诊断有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the variation of EEG of patients with chronic alcohol poisoning and explore the value of EEG in clinical diagnosis. Methods One hundred and five patients with chronic alcohol poisoning received EEG monitoring, the EEG findings were analyzed retrospectively. Results Eighty-two of 105 patients with chronic alcohol poisoning had abnormal EEG, the abnormal rate was 78.1%. Conclusion The most characteristic change of EEG was the increase of slow waves. The degree of the EEG abnormal changes showed significantly correlated with the years of drinking and the amount of alcoholic inhaled. The EEG reflects the diffused injure of brain in chronic alcohol poisoning. EEG monitoring has a definite value in clinical diagnosis. |
