尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸氧化酶与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

摘    要:活性氧的增加与心血管疾病密切相关,而产生活性氧的主要酶体是尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸氧化酶(NADPH氧化酶)。NADPH氧化酶对动脉粥样硬化、高血压、心力衰竭的发生发展起着重要的作用;而心房颤动又可引起NADPH氧化酶的增加。

Abstract:Overproduction of reactive oxygen species(ROS) under pathophysiologic condition is crucial in the development of cardiovascular diseases.The major source of ROS is from NADPH Oxidase(NOX).NOX plays an important role in the progress of atherosclerosis,hypertension and heart failure;on the other hand,it can be increased by atrial fibrillation.
