| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Tei指数在评估晚期肝病患者右心室功能的临床价值。方法对45例晚期肝病患者进行了对比增强超声心动图(CEE)的筛查及右心功能参数的测量,根据CEE检查结果将患者分为有(CEE+)或无(CEE-)肺内分流两组;并根据肺内分流程度分为1+、2+两组,对比分析各组间右心室Tei指数和E/A比值的差异。结果(1)右心室Tei指数在肺内分流组显著高于无肺内分流组(0.47±0.13vs.0.31±0.10,P<0.001);(2)肺内分流2+组较1+组右心室Tei指数增高,但差异无统计学意义。结论晚期肝病患者的右心室Tei指数与肺内分流的出现与否相关,可作为反映右心室功能受损情况敏感、简便的指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate right ventricular function by Tei index in patients with end-stage hepatic diseases.Methods Fourty-five patients with end-stage hepatic diseases were divided two groups: IPVS(intrapulmonary vascular shunting) group and non-IPVS group IPVS was detected by contrast-enhanced echocardiography(CEE).Right ventricular(RV) Tei index was measured.Results Tei index was significant higher in IPVS group than in non-IPVS group(0.47±0.13 vs.0.31±0.10,P<0.001).Conclusions RV Tei index is correlated with intrapulmonary shunting and could be used to evaluate RV function in patients with end-stage hepatic diseases. |
