青年肺癌的误诊分析和放化综合治疗

目的 :探讨青年肺癌误诊原因及合理的治疗方案。方法 :回顾性分析 118例青年肺癌的临床表现 ,误诊原因及放化综合治疗的疗效。结果 :(1)临床表现不典型 ,认识不足及影像检查不全面是误诊的主要原因。(2 )肺结核 ,肺炎等是青年肺癌的主要误诊疾病。 (3)放化综合治疗 1、2、3年的生存率为 5 9% (70 / 118) ,41.5 % (49/ 118) ,2 5 .4% (30 / 118)。结论 :掌握青年肺癌的临床特点 ,多种影像检查结合及影像诊断与临床结合是减少误诊的主要措施 ;放化综合治疗是治疗误诊青年肺癌的合理方案。

Analysis of the Misdiagnostic Causes and Therapy with Combined Radiation and Chemotherapy for Lung Carcinoma in Young Patients

Objective:To study the misdiagnostic causes of lung carcinoma in young patients and work out the effective therapeutic strategy for the disease.Methods:The clincal characteristics and the misdiagnostic causes of 118 young patients with lung cancer were reviewed and the comprehensive therapeutic effect for the disease were evaluated retrospectively.Results:1.Atypical manifestations,unsufficient recongization of clinical characteristics and imcompletely image examinition were the main course for misdiagnosis in young patients with lung carcinoma.2.Tuberculosis and pneumonia were most common disease by misdiagnosed.3.The 1-year,2-year,3-year survival rates for the patients treated by combined radiation therapy with chemotherapy were 59%(70/118)41.5%(49/118),25.4%(30/118),respectively.Conclusion:The misdiagnostic rates for lung cancer in young could be reduce through master the clinical characteristics and synthetical analysis of the difference image examination,comprehensive treatment for lung cancer in the young by combined radiation therapy with chemotherapy is an effective and reasonables strategy.
