148例急性脑梗死患者早期高压氧治疗的临床观察

目的观察早期高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者生活活动能力和认知功能的影响。方法将296例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和高压氧(HBO)组;对照组患者接受神经内科常规治疗,HBO组患者在神经内科常规治疗基础上给予早期高压氧治疗;采用改良爱丁堡-斯堪的纳维亚量表进行神经功能缺损评分(NFD),MBI指数评定患者的日常生活活动能力(ADL),简易精神状态评定量表(MMSE)评定患者的认知功能。结果两组患者治疗前后和组间的NFD、MMSE和MBI评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论早期高压氧治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复、ADL及认知功能都有良好的促进作用。

Clinical effects of hyperbarie oxygen in treating acute cerebral infarction in early stage: a report of 148 cases

Objective To observe effects of early hyperbaric oxygen treatment on patients of actue cerebral infarction.Methods 296 patients were randomly divided into hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) treatment group and control group.Patients in control group were treated with routine treatment;Patients in HBO group were treated with routine treatment and hyperbaric oxygen treatments.The neurological functional defects(NFD)were evaluated with modified Edinbergh-Scandinavia stroke scale(MESSS),the activities of daily living(ADL) were assessed by modified Barthel index(MBI),and the cognition function was measured by mimi-mental state examination(MMSE).Results After treatment,the scores of NFD of two groups decreased(P<0.05),scores of HBO group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05);MMSE and MBI of two groups increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and scores of HBO group were higher than that of control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Early hyperbaric oxygen treatments can obviously improve neurological functiona,cognition function and ADL of actue cerebral infarction patients.
