中西医结合治疗慢性牙周炎96例疗效观察

目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗慢性牙周炎新方法。方法 :采用玉女煎加味方剂。结果 :中西医结合组治疗牙周炎总有效率为 93 75 % ,纯西药组为 81 2 5 % ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) 。结论 :中西医结合治疗慢性牙周炎价格便宜 ,可增加疗效 ,缩短病程。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effects of 96 Cases of Chronic Periodontitis Treated with Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To explore the new method of treating chronic periodontitis with combined therapy of traditional chinese and western medicine.Methods:The recipe of Yunu Jian Jiawei was administered for its functions of increasing the immunity of the body,promoting the regeneration of the alveolar bone and improving the chewing function.Results:The general effective rate of the periodontitis group treated with combined therapy of traditional chinese and western medicine was 93.75 %.That of the group treated with pure western medicine was 81.25%.There was significant difference between these two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is less expensive to treat chronic periodontitis with combined therapy of traditional chinese and western medicine,and the therapeutic effects can be increased and the course of disease can be shortened.
