新血府逐瘀软胶囊对冠心病血瘀征象及OX40L、hs-CRP影响的临床研究

目的探讨新血府逐瘀软胶囊对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病,CHD）患者血瘀征象及血清OX40L（OX40L）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的影响。方法将80例CHD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用新血府逐瘀软胶囊治疗,两组均用药3个月,观察两组治疗前后血瘀征象并检测血清OX40L、hs-CRP水平。结果两组治疗后血瘀征象均较前改善,治疗组总有效率为80.6%,明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后hs-CRP、OX40L水平均较治疗前降低（P〈0.01）,且治疗组治疗后OX40L及hs-CRP水平均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论新血府逐瘀软胶囊可以改善冠心病患者血瘀征象,降低外周血OX40L及hs-CRP水平,提示其可能通过降低炎症反应、稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块来降低心血管事件的发生率。

Clinical Research of the Impacts on the Signs of Blood Stasis and the levels of OX40L and hs-CRP in Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule

Objective To explore the impacts of modified xuefu zhuyu capsule on the signs of blood stasis,serum OX40L（OX40L）and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）levels in the patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（CHD）.Methods 80 cases of CHD were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each one.In control group,the conventional western medicine was applied.In treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as control group,the modified xuefu zhuyu capsule was added.The medication was administered for three months in two groups.Before and after treatment,the signs of blood stasis were observed and serum OX40L and hs-CRP levels were determined in two groups.Results After treatment,the signs of blood stasis were relieved in either group.The total effective rate was 80.6% in treatment group and it is obviously higher than that in control group（P0.05）.After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and OX40L were lower as compared with those before treatment in either group（P0.01）.After treatment,the levels of OX40L and hs-CRP in treatment group were lower than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Modified xuefu zhuyu capsule relieves the signs of blood stasis and reduces peripheral blood OX40L and hs-CRP levels.It suggests that this medicine lowers the incidence of cardiovascular accidence probably through reducing inflammatory reaction and stabilizing atherosclerotic plague.
