类风湿关节炎中医主要证候分析

目的分析类风湿关节炎（RA）的证候分布相关因素。方法采用横断面调查研究的方法,对201例RA患者进行调查,并研究中医证候与主要症状以及实验室指标之间的关系。结果类风湿关节炎在中医不同证型间病程与关节肿痛数、畸形数等基本无关联,P〉0.05或呈散点状分布;5个证型与关节肿痛数、畸形数、RF、CRP、ESR间具有一定的统计学差异（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论类风湿关节炎患者中医主要证候分布及病情反复发作与其寒热错杂、虚实互见的病理特征关系密切,早期以邪气痹阻之肿胀疼痛为虐,中后期则以瘀滞不通之功能障碍为患。

Analysis on Chinese Medicine Patterns of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To analysis the relevant factors of the pattern distribution of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods A cross-sectional study was adopted to investigate 201 cases of RA and research the relationship of Chinese medicine patterns with the main symptoms and laboratory indexes.Results Among different Chinese medicine patterns of RA,the duration of sickness was not relevant with the numbers of joint swelling and pain,and the numbers of deformity,P0.05 or the relationship of them displays scattering-spot distribution.There were a certain statistical differences among 5 patterns with the numbers of joint swelling and pain,numbers of deformity,RF,CRP and ESR（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The main Chinese medicine patterns of RA and the recurrence attack of the disease are closely relevant with the interaction of cold and heat and mixture of deficiency and excess in terms of pathological characteristics.In the early stage of the disease,blockage of pathogenic factors is predominated and the disease is mainly manifested as swelling and pain,In the middle and later stages of the disease,the functional impairment is chiefly compliant because of stagnation.
