双侧克氏针张力带钢丝内固定治疗成年肘内翻畸形

目的探讨双侧克氏针张力带钢丝内固定治疗成年肘内翻畸形的方法并评价其疗效。方法对1997年12月~2007年4月经治的25例肘内翻畸形患者行双侧克氏针张力带钢丝内固定术治疗,截骨角度最大39°,最小24,°平均33°。术后随访观察并对结果进行分析。结果本组25例患者均获随访,随访时间为11个月-4年,平均2.6年;骨折临床愈合时间为8-16周,平均11周。肘关节功能疗效评定结果：优20例,良3例,差2例,优良率为92.0%。结论作为一种传统的固定方法,克氏针张力带钢丝有着经济和固定牢靠的特点,并且在截骨矫形后双侧固定能在一定程度上起到防止角度丢失和矫枉过正的作用,因此对于成年肘内翻畸形患者,双侧克氏针张力带钢丝内固定术不失为一种良好的治疗方法。

Cubitus Varus Treated with Internal Fixation of Bilateral Kirschner's Tension-Band Wire in Adults

Objective To explore the therapeutic method of cubitus varus treated with internal fixation of bilateral Kirschner＇s tension-band wire and the assessment of its efficacy in adults.Methods 25 cases of cubitus varus were treated with internal fixation of bilateral Kirschner＇s tension-band wire from December 1997 to April 2007.The angle osteotomy was ranged from 24° to 39°,33° in average.The postoperative follow-up visit was conducted and the results were analyzed.Results All of the 25 cases in the research received the follow-up visit,in the range from 11 months to 4 years,for 2.6 years in average.The time of clinical fracture healing was 8 to 16 weeks,11 weeks in average.The assessment results of the efficacy on cubital joint function：excellent 20 cases,good 3 cases,bad 2 cases,the satisfactory rate was 92.0%.Conclusion Being a kind of traditional fixation method,Kirschner＇s tension-band wire is characterized as economy and solid fixation.The bilateral fixation after corrective osteotomy can prevent from angle lost and hypercorrection to a certain extent.Therefore,for the adults with cubitus varus,the internal fixation of bilateral Kirschner＇s tension-band wire can yet be regarded as a kind of good treatment.
