摘    要:目的描述HIV感染者的红外热像指征和变化趋势。方法采用病例对照研究,受试者按性别和年龄一对一匹配后,分别纳入HIV感染组和正常对照组,两组进行基线比较后,对HIV感染组做进一步随访观察,采用热态自动分析系统(ATA)分别记录第3个月末、第6个月末、第9个月末的红外热像指征,并对变化趋势加以描述。结果 HIV感染组44例、正常对照组44例纳入分析,不同观测时点的HIV感染组肺、脾、小肠、左肾、右肾、右大肠等投影区的ATA温度测量值与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学差异(P〈0.05),HIV感染组的肺热、脾凉、小肠凉、左肾凉、右肾凉和右大肠热的发生率在基线、第3个月末、第6个月末、第9个月末明显不同,且分别呈现不同程度的线性增高趋势。结论 ATA红外热像技术作为HIV/AIDS病程及疗效监测的手段之一,具有较高的研究价值。

Abstract:Objective To describe the infrared imaging characteristics and change trends in HIV-infected patients.Methods A case-control study was carried out.After one-to-one match of sex and age,the subjects were divided in a HIV infection group and a normal control group.After baseline comparison between two groups,a further follow-up observation was performed in HIV infection group.The automatic thermal analysis(ATA)was adopted to record the infrared imaging indications at the end of the 3rd,6th and 9th months separately.The change trends were described.Results 44 cases in HIV-infection group and 44 cases in normal control group were included in the analysis.The differences in ATA temperature values in the projection areas of the lung,spleen,small intestine,left kidney,right kidney and colon of HIV infection group were significant statistically as compared with normal control group(P0.05).The morbidities of the hot result of the lung,cool result of the spleen,cool result of the small intestine,cool result of the left kidney,cool result of the right kidney and hot result of the colon in HIV infection groups were different remarkably among those on the baseline,at the end of the 3rd,6th and 9th months.The linear increasing trends presented to different extents separately.Conclusions As one of the approaches for monitoring HIV/AIDS sick duration and efficacy,ATA infrared imaging technology presents a high value of research.
