自拟石膏白芷钩麻汤治疗血管神经性头痛63例疗效观察

目的观察自拟石膏白芷钩麻汤治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法将126例门诊和住院患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组63例。对照组给予谷维素片、尼莫地平片、盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,治疗组给予中药自拟石膏白芷钩麻汤治疗,水煎,早晚两次分服。两组均以15 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后评定疗效。结果对照组治疗后总有效率为76.19%,治疗组治疗后总有效率为90.48%,两组病例治疗后总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论自拟石膏白芷钩麻汤加减治疗血管神经性头痛,疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗,且疗效确切、效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation of 63 Cases of Angioneurotic Headache Treated with Self-Prepared Shigao Baizhi Gouma Decoction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on angioneurotic headache treated with self-prepared shigao baizhi gouma decoction.Methods 126 outpatients and inpatients were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,63 cases in each one.In control group,the patients were treated with oryzanol tablets,nimodipine tablets and flunarizine hydrochloride.In treatment group,self-prepared shigao baizhi gouma decoction was taken in the morning and evening separately.15 day treatment made one session in either group.After two sessions of treatment,the efficacy was assessed in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 76.19% in control group and was 90.48% in treatment group after treatment,indicating significant statistical difference in comparison（P0.05）.Conclusion Self-prepared shigao baizhi gouma decoction is more effective than simple western medicine in treatment of angioneurotic headache and its efficacy is definite and superior.Thus,this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
