慢性乙型重型肝炎回顾性病例预后研究数据库的建立及应用

建立慢性乙型重型肝炎回顾性病例预后研究数据库,用以收集、分析患者的临床资料,并探讨该系统的应用价值。方法选择在全国范围内18家传染病院中西医结合科或综合性中医院肝病科慢性乙型重型肝炎住院患者为研究对象,制定一套规范化慢性乙型重型肝炎回顾性病例预后研究信息采集表,对患者的病例资料进行回顾性调查及随访,以调查及随访所得的数据为基础,利用数据库对符合纳入标准的临床病例资料预后情况进行分析。结果数据平台可以实现任意条件查询,获取相应患者资料信息并创建报表,进行全面数据分析。结论对复杂的临床信息进行标准化、要素化,初步形成了慢性乙型重型肝炎回顾性病例预后研究数据信息平台,准确获取了慢性乙型重型肝炎患者病死率等临床流行病学资料,为进一步优化中西医结合综合治疗方案奠定了基础。

Establishment and Application of Prognosis Research Database of Retrospective Cases of Chronic Severe Hepatitis B

Objective To establish the prognosis research database of retrospective cases of chronic severe hepatic B（CSHB）to collect and analyze the clinical data of patients and explore the application value of this system.Methods The inpatients of CSHB were selected as study subjects from the integrated Chinese and western medicine department of 18 infectious hospitals or hepatopathy department of comprehensive Chinese medicine hospitals in China.A set of normalized prognosis research information collection tables for CSHB was set up.The retrospective investigation and follow-up were conducted for the case data.Based on the data acquired from the investigation and follow-up,using database,the prognosis of included clinical case data was analyzed.Results The data platform fulfilled inquiry under arbitrary conditions,acquired corresponding data information of patient and built up report form for overall data analysis.Conclusion The complicated clinical information is normalized and analyzed in terms of element.The prognosis research data information platform of retrospective cases of CSHB is built up preliminarily.The clinical epidemical data such as death rate of CSHB are acquired accurately.All of these lay the foundation for the optimization of therapeutic program in integrated Chinese and western medicine.
