穴注肺俞 定喘及天突穴治疗上感后咳嗽的临床观察

目的:观察穴注肺俞、定喘及天突穴治疗上感后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选符合诊断标准患者100例,随机分为2组各50例,治疗组穴注肺俞、定喘及天突穴;对照组口服甘草合剂及罗红霉素。结果:治疗组治愈41例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率为98%;对照组治愈15例,有效24例,无效11例,总有效率为74%。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:穴注肺俞、定喘及天突穴治疗上感后咳嗽疗效肯定。

Clinical Obsbervation of Injecting Feishu Dingchuan and Tiantu Points Curing Cough after the URTI

Objective ：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on injecting Feishu,Dingchuan and Tiantu points curing cough after the upper respriratory tract infection（URTI）. Methods ：To sclecte 100 cases according with the diagnosis standard and they were randomly divided into a curing group （ n = 50） and a contrast group （ n = 50）. The curing group ： injecting Feishu, Dingchuan and Tiantu points ; The contrast group： to take orally the mistura glycywhizae compesita and the roxi thromycin （ RXM ）. Results ： The curing group：41 cases were cured,8 cases were effective, 1 case was in vain,always efficiency：98% ;The contrast group： 15 cases were cured ,24 cases were effective, 11 case was in vain ,always efficiency ：74%. The always efficiency of 2 groups was re- markably different. Conclusion：injecting Feishu,Dingchuan and Tiantu points curing cough after the URTI was efficient.
