| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人工鼻预防气管插管全麻术后呼吸道感染 ,减少术后咳嗽的功效。方法 12 0例择期腹部手术者随机分为两组 (人工鼻组和对照组 ) ,并进行临床研究。结果 人工鼻组呼吸道感染率 3 3%与对照组呼吸道感染率 15 %有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;人工鼻组咳嗽发生率 8 3%与对照组 5 0 %有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 人工鼻可明显减少术后呼吸道感染和术后咳嗽。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of artificial noses in preventing respiratory infection and reducing post-operative cough. Methods 120 cases of elective abdominal operation randomly divided into two groups were studied clinically.Results Statistically significant difference in respiratory infection was found between artificial nose group and control group (P<0.05), and significant difference in post-operative cough between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion The artificial nose can reduce the incidence of respiratory infection and post-operative cough. |
