| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨咬合夹板治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的疗效。方法：采用不同的咬合夹板治疗31例TMD患。结果：疾病、弹响、张口受限治疗3个月后的总治愈率分别为：86．6％、54．5％和60．0％。6个月后总治愈率分别为：93．3％，72．7％和80％。结论：临床采用咬合夹板治疗上颌关节紊乱病是行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: Discussion the effect of oral splint application in tempromandibular joint disorder. Methods:31 cases with TMD were treated by different oral splints. Results: For 3 months the total curing rate of pain, click andlimited movement respectively is 86.6 %, 54.5 % and 60.0 %; for 6 months is 93.3%,72.7% and 80.0%. Conclusion:Splint application is one of practical and effective methods in clinical treatment of tempromandibular joint disorder. |
