“清通法”在急性出血性中风的疗效分析

目的：探索中医药治疗急性出血性中风的有效方法。方法：采用“清通法”为主的治疗法则,自拟羚蝎胶囊、开窍熄风合剂、通腑合剂等中药制剂,治疗急性出血性中风,观察颅脑ＣＴ疗效,并与西医对照组比较。结果：中医治疗组血肿吸收速度较西医对照组快,治疗后的血肿大小较西医对照组明显缩小（Ｐ均〈０．０１）。结论：“清通法”治疗急性出血性中风具有显著疗效。

Analysis on curative effect on acute hemorrhagic stroke with heat-clearing and obstructionremoving method

Objective:To investigate the change in brain CT before and after acute hemorrhagic stroke(AHS).Methods:Set up two groups,50 cases (treatment group) treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) using heatclearing and obstructionremoving method,38 cases (control group) treated with western medicine(WM),made a comparison in size of hematoma,absorptivity of hematoma and classifications of brain edema before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:Based on brain CT,the size of hematoma was reduced more apparently ( P <0 01),absorbed more quickly ( P <0 01),and the classification of brain edema improved more clearly ( P <0 001) after treatment with heatclearing and obstructionremoving method in treatment group than that in WM control group.Conclusions:Heatclearing and obstructionremoving method of TCM has apparent curative effect on treatment for AHS.
