经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路显微手术切除垂体腺瘤

目的通过回顾性分析经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路手术切除垂体腺瘤37例临床资料，对手术相关的一些问题进行探讨，以提高手术成功率和疾病治愈率。方法采用经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路，为37例垂体瘤患者行显微切除术，并对其术中操作和并发症进行临床分析。结果垂体腺瘤全切除19例，大部分切除16例，部分切除2例。无死亡病例。术后患者症状均有不同程度的改善。结论经单鼻孔-蝶窦垂体腺瘤切除术简便、安全，准确性高，且能减少对正常组织的损伤，减少并发症的发生，适用于绝大多数垂体腺瘤的切除。

Single -nostril transsphenoidal endoscopic resection of pituitary adenoma

Objective To study the single - nostril transsphenoidal endoscopic resection of pituitary adenoma for an improved successfully rate for resection and a increased recovery rate. Methods 37 patients with different kinds of pituitary adenomas were operated by the single - nostril transsphenoidal endoscopic resection of pituitary adenoma, the operation＇s complications and operations were analysed complications. Results 19 tumors were excised totally, 16 tumors were excised subtotally,2 tumors were excised partly. Symptoms have improved to varying degrees after operation. Conclusion Single - nostril transsphenoidal endoscopic resection of pituitary adenoma is less techinically complicated, safe, with minimal invasive , therefore is an effective procedure for pituitary adenoma.
