| 摘 要： | 目的探索冠心病患者的人格结构特征。方法采用Cattell-16PF人格因素量表评定冠心病组和健康对照组的16种主要的人格特质，对两组结果进行t检验。结果本文的16PF评定结果表明，冠心病组的L怀疑性、Q4紧张性和O忧虑性明显高于健康对照组，而M幻想性明显低于健康对照组。结论提示冠心病患者具有高怀疑性、高紧张性、高忧虑性和低幻想性的人格特征；指导冠心病患者改变其紧迫感和紧张困扰的人格特征，尽量保持一个平和的心态是防治冠心病的重要手段之一。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study personality of patients with coronary heart disease (CHDMethodsAdopting Cattell-16PF to compare patients with CHD and health. ResultsThe CHD group had significantly higher scores of LQ4O than the control group, but had significantly lower scores of M. ConclusionHigh suspect, nervousness, anxiety and low imagination might be the personality which could be the psychological factors of CHD. It means that CHD can be prevented more effectively by psychological intervention. |
