钳刮术前应用米非司酮加米索前列醇临床效果观察

目的探讨钳刮术前口服米非司酮加阴道放置米索前列醇终止11～15周妊娠的临床效果。方法随机选择妊娠11～15周患者200例为观察组,行上述药物配合钳刮术;同期100例妊娠11～15周孕妇行宫旁神经阻滞麻醉人工流产钳刮术为对照组。观察两组宫颈扩张情况、术中出血量、手术时间、人流综合征情况及不全流产并发症。结果观察组的宫颈扩张优于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间短,较少发生人工流产综合征情况,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论钳刮术前口服米非司酮加阴道放置米索前列醇终止11～15周妊娠具有安全、有效及不良反应小的特点,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of applying mifepristone combined with misoprostol before curettage

Objective To evaluate clinical effect of mifepristone(taken orally) combined with misoprostol(laid in pudenda) before curettage for ending 11-15 weeks' pregnancy.Methods 200 women(11-15 weeks' pregnancy) randomly were divided into observation group,received the above-mentioned drugs and curettage;correspondingly 100 women(11-15 weeks' pregnancy) as control group,received artificial abortion under uterine nerve block anaesthesia.the following between the 2 groups such as dislatation of cervix,bleeding during operation,operative time,the syndrorne of artificial abortion and incomplete abortion complication were observed.Results There were marked differences(P<0.05),the observation group obtained better effect than control group,the dilatation of cervix was better,the bleeding was less,the operative time was less,the syndrome of artifical obortion was less happening.Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostols before curettage is safe and efficient treatment with mild side-effects for ending 11-15 weeks' pregnancy,it's worth clinically to spreading.
