冠心舒及肝素对微循环的影响

摘    要:用金黄地鼠颊囊标本观察了冠心舒及肝素对微循环的影响,结果表明静脉注射冠心舒30mg/kg 可加快细动脉的血液流速,静脉注射肝素200 U/kg 可加快细动脉、细静脉的血液流速。对高分子葡聚糖引起的微循环血流障碍,二者均显示有预防作用。

Abstract:The influence of Guanxinshu and heparin on the microcirculationwas researched using the preparation of hamster's cheek pouch.30 hamsters withthe body weight of 82-138g were divided into 3 groups randomly:Guanxinshugroup,heparin group and normal saline group.After measuring the calibres ofarteriole and venule and the blood flow speed in them,intravenous injection of3% Guanxinshu,20U/ml heparin and NS 1ml/100g were given respectively toeach group.The changes of vessel calibre and blood flow speed were recordedbefore and after administration.Then 10% high molecular dextran 0.8ml/100gwas given intravenously to each of animals of the 3 groups.The changes ofcalibre and blood speed in microvessels were recorded again.These results of experiment suggested that Guanxinshu was able to speed upthe blood flow in the arterioles and heparin accelerate the blood flow in botharterioles and venules.Guanxinshu and heparin both can prevent the blood flowfrom slowing down caused by high molecular dextran.The acceleration of blood speed and improvement of microvascular obstructionby Guanxinshu and heparin may possess certain clinical significance in prevent-ing and treating ischemic cardiac arid cerebral disorders.
