| 摘 要： | 高位复杂性肛瘘的手术治疗仍是肛肠外科的临床难点之一[1],尽管目前手术方法较多,但均存在一定的局限性.为了探索一种较理想的手术方式,我们应用高野正博的解剖学肛瘘切除术,结合中医传统的挂线疗法,对我院近年来收治的36例高位复杂性肛瘘患者,进行了手术治疗,取得了较满意的疗效,现报道如下.
