| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年复发性腹股沟疝的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院2003年5月～2006年10月采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年性复发性腹股沟疝32例的临床资料.结果 手术时间平均50min,术后疼痛轻微.术后3例发生尿潴留,发生率9.4%,2例出现阴囊水肿,发生率6.3%,随访全组无复发.结论 疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年复发性腹股沟疝复发率低,具有操作简便,创伤小,恢复快.阴囊水肿、尿潴留等发生率低,适于老年复发性腹股沟疝的治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of mesh-plug tension-free hernia hernioplasty in elderly patients with recurrent inguinal hernia. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the 32 cases of elderly patients with recurrent inguinal hernia subject to mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty. Results The average operating time were 50min.Postoperative pain was mild ,Main postoperative complication included urinary retention(3cases)and scrotal hydrocele(2cases). During a follow-up, no recurrence occurred.Conclusion Mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for elderly patients with recurrent inguinal hernia has the advantages of low recurrence, simple performance and quick recovery. low postoperative complication, This technique is suitable to elder patients with recurrent inguinal hernia |
