慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者人类巨细胞病毒感染状态及与细胞免疫功能的关系

目的 :探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病 ( COPD)患者的人类巨细胞病毒 ( HCMV)感染状态 ,及其与细胞免疫功能的关系。方法 :对 60例 COPD患者及 60例对照组的血清应用酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA)方法检测 HCMV- Ig M、HCMV- Ig G,用聚合酶链反应 ( PCR)方法检测血清中 HCMV-DNA,用流式细胞术检测外周血中 T淋巴细胞亚群的分布。结果 :COPD患者重度组的 HCMV抗体阳性率、血清 HCMV- DNA阳性率均高于对照组 ,细胞免疫功能低下 ;COPD患者中 HCMV-Ig M阳性者的细胞免疫功能低于 HCMV- Ig M阴性者。结论 :绝大多数重症 COPD患者免疫功能低下 ,并伴有 HCMV的感染 ,免疫功能低下与 HCMV的感染可互为因果

Ralationship between Human Cytomegalovirus Infection in Patientswith Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Cell-mediated Immune

Objective: To observe the HCMV infection in patients with COPD and discuss the relationship between HCMV infection and cell mediated immune. Methods:Serum HCMV IgM and IgG were detected from 60 patients with COPD and in 60 healthy people by ELISA, serum HCMV DNA were detected with PCR, and T lymphocytes subpopulation in peripheral blood were detected with flow cytometry. Results: HCMV antibody positive rate and the serum HCMV DNA positive rate of severe group of COPD patients were higher than that of control group,it showed low cellular immunologic function in severe group of COPD. Cellular immunologic function of patients having positive HCMV IgM was lower than that of patients having negative HCMV IgM. Conclusion: There is low cellular immunologic function and HCMV infection in severe COPD patients. It could be of mutual cause and effect between low cellular immunologic function and HCMV infection.
