髎穴注射减轻痔瘘手术患者留置尿管不适的临床研究

目的探讨髎穴穴位注射减轻痔瘘手术患者留置导尿管不适的临床效果观察。方法选择择期痔瘘手术患者200例，随机分为实验组和对照组各100例，对照组在进入手术室后于麻醉前接受常规无菌导尿术，实验组在常规护理的基础上，接受八髎穴位注射干预，再行无菌导尿术并留置，观察两组患者导尿管置入前后的反应，对置管成功率、舒适度等进行比较。结果实验组患者接受穴位注射干预后，一次置管成功率、人均所需时间、胃管其间舒适度、血压、心率等与对照组相比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论八髎穴位注射能明显提高痔瘘手术患者尿管置管成功率，减轻导尿管刺激引起的不适，有效提高舒适护理水平。

Clinical study of Liao Point injection on symptom alleviating for patients with hemorrhoids fistula operation and catheterization
