中华老年医学杂志2001-2005年文献计量学分析与质量评价

目的分析中华老年医学杂志最近5年文献计量学相关信息，对其学术质量进行评价。方法选择该杂志2001—2005年48期1402篇论文作为调查统计源，分析与评价相关文献计量学信息数量和质量。结果（1）5年载文信息量平均指数为0．40；（2）作者来源层次以大学、医科大学及其附属医院，卫生部直属和省、地（市）直属及部队医疗卫生科研单位为主；（3）论文类别以研究类和论著摘要类为主，占72．4％；（4）5年基金课题共321项，占研究类论文的45．0％；（5）5年有引文的论文平均每篇引文7．8条，外文占76．6％，中文占23．4％；（6）5年共有756篇论文应用了统计学处理，占研究类和论著摘要类论文的74．4％；（7）5年论文出版时滞平均为266．5d。结论分析结果表明，中华老年医学杂志在我国医药卫生类期刊中，其信息数量和学术质量都显示了中华医学会系列核心期刊的“核心”内涵。

Bibliometrical analysis and quality evaluation of the articles published in Chinese Journal of Geriatrics from 2001 to 2005

Objective To study the quality of the related bibliometrical information on Chinese Journal of Geriatrics in the last five years, and evaluate its academic quality. Methods Analysis on bibliometrical information and quality evaluation were performed based on the 1402 related papers which were selected from its 48 issues published from 2001 to 2005. Results (1) Five year average publication capacity index was 0. 40. (2) The majority sources of the authors were from medical university or their affiliated hospital and provincial or military medical units. (3) The majority types of the papers were scientific researches and abstracts of original articles (72. 4%). (4) There were 321 grant-based projects, which occupying 45.0% of scientific researches. (5) The average quotations were 7. 8 times in each paper, among them, 76.6% were foreign literature, 23.4% were Chinese literature. (6) A total of 756(74.4%) scientific researches and abstracts of original articles applied statistics analysis. (7) The average issues time lag was 266. 5 days in the latest five years. Conclusions Chinese Journal of Geriatrics has the superiority in the above seven aspects, which confirm its quality as a core journal.
