摘    要:目的评价89Srcl2对肺癌转移性骨痛的临床疗效.方法观察21例肺癌多发性骨转移伴疼痛患者静脉注射89Srcl2治疗后的镇痛作用及不良反应.结果治疗后骨痛减轻或消失18例,总有效率达到85.7%;治疗后骨显像发现转移灶消失或基本消失62处;治疗后有3例病人出现轻度的白细胞、血小板减少,对心、肝、肾几乎没有影响.结论 89Srcl2对缓解肺癌骨转移瘤疼痛有较好的疗效,并有一定的治疗作用,副作用小,可重复用药.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the palliative effect of 89Sr metastron on metastatic bone-pain of pulmonary carcinoma. Methods Observing the palliative effect and side effect of 21 patients with metastatic bone-pain of pulmonary carcinoma after intravenous 89Sr metastron. Results The bone-pain vanished or releases in 18 patients after therapy. The completely effective rate was 85.7%. Bone scan showed 62 metastatic cancer focals vanished partly or Side effects: The counts of leucocyte and blood platelet were decreased mildly in 3 patients. The damage of heart, liver and kidney was not observed after therapy. Conclusions The 89Sr metastron has obvious effect on beating patients with metastatic bone-pain of pulmonary carcinoma, and the side-effect is mild. And it can be used repeatedly. The results of this study indicate that 89Sr metastron is an useful radionuclide for treating metastatic bone-pain of pulmonary carcinoma.
