摘    要:为研究肺癌癌组织标本中微卫星DNA改变及其对肺癌的诊断价值,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)-银染法,对43例原发性肺癌(观察组)及10例良性肺疾病患者(对照组)纤支镜活检标本的3个微卫星位点进行了检测。结果观察组微卫星不稳定(MSI)发生率47%,杂合性丢失阳性率(LOH)30%,MSI加LOH阳性率为63%;对照组未发现微卫星DNA改变。提示肺癌组织微卫星DNA检测诊断肺癌有一定价值。

Abstract:To study the alteration and diagnosis value of microsatellite DNA in primary lung cancer,three microsatellite markers were examined in bronchofiberscope biopsy specimens from 43 primary lung cancer and 10 benign lung disease. In 43 lung cancer,the incidence of microsatellite instability(MSI) was 47% and the loss of heterozygosity (LOH) was 30%. The positive rate of MSI and LOH was 63%. The alteration of microsatellite DNA was not found in 10 benign lung diseases.The results indicate that the alteration of microsatellite DNA in lung cancer may be valuable molecular markers in diagnosis of lung cancer.
