高碳醇复合溶剂萃取麦白霉素工艺研究

摘    要:研究用异辛醇和稀释荆(4:1,V/V)的混合物代替醋酸丁酯萃取麦白霉素的工艺条件及其经济和技术的优越性。实验结果表明,麦白霉素的萃取溶剂消耗由6.7kg/十亿降至2.4kg/十亿,其生产成本降低达42元/十亿,提取的总收率与用醋酸丁酯时相当,产品质量合格、稳定。同时,革除了从萃余液中回收溶剂的工艺步骤,大大降低了能耗。

Abstract:To study the conditions of mydecamycin extraction with a new complex solvent sysyem consisting of iso-octanol and aviation kerosene (4:1,V/V)for replacing n-butyl acetate.The advantages of new complex solvent system in economics and technology were investigated at the same time.The results showed that the solvent consumption during the extraction process decreased from 6.7 to 2.4 kg/billion unit. The prodution cost reduced RMB 42 yuan/billion unit.The product of mydecamycin was qualified and its total recovery yield was almost equal to that of using n-butyl acetate.In adddition,the recovery process of solvent from the remaining extracting solution could be eliminated, and the energy consumption was reduced enormously.
