不同浓度利多卡因星状神经节阻滞的效果比较

摘    要:目的 比较不同浓度盐酸利多卡因星状神经节阻滞的效果。方法 选择行星状神经节阻滞的患者92例,将其随机分为A、B、c、D 4组(n=23),各组利多卡因浓度分别为0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00%,行左或右侧星状神经节阻滞,利多卡因用量为5ml;观察各组阻滞起效时间、维持时间、阻滞有效率和并发症。结果 阻滞起效时间D组较其他组快,A组最慢(P〈0.05);A、B组阻滞维持时间较C、D组短,D组最长(P〈0.05);C、D组阻滞有效率分别为78.2%(19/23例)和82.6%(18/23例)与A组34.8%(8/23例)和B组52.5%(12/23例)比较明显增高(P〈0.01),C、D组间差异无统计学意义;各组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义。结论 使用0.75%盐酸利多卡因行星状神经节阻滞较适宜。

Comparing the effectiveness of stellate ganglion block with different lidocaine concentrations

Abstract:Objective To compare the effectiveness of stellate ganglion block with different li- docaine concentrations. Methods Ninety-two patients with stellate ganglion block (left or right side) were randomly divided into four groups: group A (0.25% lidocaine), group B (0.5% lido- caine), group C (0. 75%lidocaine) and group D (1.0% lidocaine), 23 cases in each. All of the pa- tients were given lidocaine 5 ml. The onset time, the duration time, the effective rate of block and complications were recorded. Results The onset time was faster in group D than that in the other groups, which in group A was the slowest (P〈0.05). Duration time was shorter in group A and B than that in group C and D, which in group D was the longest (P〈0.05). Effective rate of block was 78.2% (19/23cases) in group C and 82.6% (18/23 cases) in group D, both were much higher than that in group A 34.8%(8/23 cases)and group B 52.5%(12/23 cases) (P〈0.01). There was no significant difference in the effective rate between group C and D. No differences were found in the complications among the groups. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block with 0.75% lidocaine is suit- able.
