医用三氧关节内注射治疗骨性膝关节炎患者的临床观察

目的 探讨三氧膝关节内注射治疗骨性膝关节炎的疗效。方法 骨性膝关节炎患者80例，随机分成A组和B组，每组40例。A组注射消炎镇痛液，含0．75％罗哌卡因与得宝松；B组除注射消炎镇痛液，再注入医用三氧48～110ml。每周1次，连续注射治疗3周。治疗前后比较患者7项常见症状。结果B组治疗后症状积分明显低于A组，B组疗效指标改善显著（P〈O．05）。结论医用三氧复合低浓度局麻药和少量糖皮质激素注射治疗骨性膝关节炎安全有效，能明显提高疗效。

Effects of intra-articular medical ozone injection on the patients with knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the effects of intra-articular medical ozone injection on the patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into group A （40 cases） and group B （40 cases）. The patients were injected with anti-inflam- matory analgesic liquid, including 0.75 % ropivacaine and diprospan in group A; medical ozone 48- 110 ml were added in group B, once a week for three weeks. Seven common symptoms were com- pared before and after the treatment. Results The cumulative score of symptoms after the treatment in group B was significantly higher than that in group A. The improvement of therapeutic effect was remarkable in group B （P〈O. 05）. Conclusion Medical ozone combined with low concentration of local anesthetics and small dosage of glucocorticoid is a safe and effective method in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can significantly improve the outcome.
