加减甘露消毒丹联合西药治疗阳黄随机对照临床研究

[目的]观察加减甘露消毒丹联合西药治疗阳黄的临床疗效。[方法]将43例黄疸型肝炎(中医辨证为阳黄)患者随机分为两组,治疗组22例,对照组21例。两组均给与基础的西药护肝治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用甘露消毒丹加减治疗。连续治疗4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗效判定疗效。[结果]治疗前两组ALT、AST、TB比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗4周后,两组治疗前后各指标均有显著改善(P<0.01)。但治疗组在ALT及TB下降方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01),而在AST改善方面二者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]加减甘露消毒丹联合西药治疗阳黄较单纯西药治疗具有更好疗效。

Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Yang Huang Case-Control Study

[Objective ]To observe the modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan combined with western medicine treatment the clinical curative effect of Yang huang.[Methods]43 cases of icteric hepatitis(TCM Yang yellow)were randomly divided into two groups,22 cases in treatment group,21 cases in the control group.The two groups were given the western medicine basic liver-protecting therapy,the treatment group in the control group treated with modified Ganlu Xiaodu pill treatment.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for 1 courses,1 clinical curative effect of treatment.[Results]Before treatment in two groups ALT,AST,TB were not significantly different(P>0.05),with comparable.After 4 weeks of treatment,two groups of indexes before and after treatment were significantly improved(P<0.01).But ALT and TB decreased in the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01),and AST improvement in two no significant difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion]modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan combined with western medicine in treating Yang Huang is a simple western medicine treatment has better curative effect.
