中药内服外敷治疗癌痛48例临床观察

目的探讨中药内服外敷治疗癌痛的疗效。方法48例患者随机分为治疗组和观察组各24例。治疗组以中药补阳还五汤加味配合活血止痛药物外敷进行治疗;观察组采用强痛定60mg口服日2次或3次。结果治疗组完全缓解14例(58.3%),部分缓解7例(29.2%),轻度缓解3例(12.5%),无效0例,总有效率为100%;观察组完全缓解8例(33.3%),部分缓解7例(29.2%),轻度缓解5例(20.8%),无效4例(16.7%),总有效率为83.3%。二组临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率优于观察组(P<0.05)。结论中药内服外敷治疗癌痛的疗效优于单纯西药治疗癌痛的疗效。

Efficacy Observation of Chinese Herbal Medicine Both Orally Taken And Externally Applien In Treating Cancer Ache

Objective to study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine both orally taken and externally applied in treating cancer ache.Methods 48 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:Healing group adopted Buyanghuanwutangjiawei for oral use and Huoxuezhitonggao for external treatment,control group adopted Qiangtongding 60mg po Bid or Tid.Results Healing group complete response 14 case(58.3%),partial response 7 case(29.2%),minor response 3case(12.5%),no response 0 case,total effective rate was 100%;control group complete response 8 case(33.3%),partial response 7 case(29.2%),minor response 5 case(20.8%),no response 4 case(16.7%),total effective rate was 83.3%,total effective rate was 83.3%.In comparison between 2 groups the total effective rate of Chinese herbal medicine both orally taken and externally applied group was obviously higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of treatment cancer ache by Chinese herbal medicine both orally taken and externally applied is better than only by western medicine.
