| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定叶酸片含量的测量不确定度评定方法。方法：通过对各分量的分析,计算各分量的不确定度,最后计算出合成标准不确定度ux和扩展不确定度U95。结果：叶酸片含量测定结果可表示为（102.8%±0.8%）（k=2）。结论：本文所建立的方法可用于该制剂含量的不确定度的评定。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty in the content determination of Folic acid Tablets by HPLC.Methods：Each components of uncertainty was calculated by analyzing the various variable parameters among the procedures.The combined standard uncertainty ux and the expanded uncertainty U95 were then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables.Rusults：The expression of the results of the content determination of Folic acid Tablets was（102.8%±0.8%）（k=2）.Conclusion：The method of the evaluation of uncertainty measurement established in this paper is reasonable and reliable. |
