p27蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨p27蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测118例乳腺癌及27例良性乳腺病变组织p27蛋白表达水平,采用x^2检验其与临床病理学持征的关系。结果:良性乳腺p27蛋白的高阳性表达率为96.30%(26/27),癌组织为60.17%(71/118),p27基因蛋白表达水平与乳腺肿瘤的良恶性有差异性(P<0.05);p27蛋白表达水平与乳腺癌病理组织学分级,淋巴结转移呈显著负相关(P<0.05),组织分化差,有腋淋巴结转移其p27蛋白阳性表达明显降低。结论:p27蛋白表达的下降可能与乳腺癌的发生发展有关,并可作为估价乳腺癌预后的重要指标。

Abstract:Objectives: To investigate the expression of p27kipl Protein and its relationship with clini- copathological characteristics and prognosis in breast cancer. Menthods: p27kipl expression at protein level was detected by immunohistochemistry technique in 118 breast cancer specimens and 27 cases with benign breast diseases. The relationship between p27kipl expression and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed by x2 test. Results: p27kipl high expressive rate in benign breast diseases was 96. 30% (26/27) while 60. 70% (71 / 118) in breast cancer. The expression of p27kipl Protein is associated with tumorgenesis (P<0. 05). Furthermore the expression level of p27kipl protein is significantly correlated with histological grades and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer tissues. The low expression of p27kipl is seen in high - grades, c - cerbB - 2 - positive tumors and high incidence of lymph node metastasis. Conclusions: The expression of p27kipl may be helpful in understanding biological feature of mammary carcinoma and it may be an important factor to predict the prognosis of breast cancer.
