现代医院人力资源管理创新策略

摘    要:如何加强和改善人力资源管理是有效提高现代医院核心竞争力的关键。本文分析了现代医院人力资源管理存在的主要问题,并提出了现代医院人力资源管理的创新策略,即树立“三个”理念(以人为本理念、人才资本化理念、医院文化激励理念),完善“三个”机制(人才引进机制、人才培养机制、人才激励机制),实行“三个”管理(信息化管理、扁平化管理、个性化管理)。

Abstract:How to strengthen and improve human resources management is the key of core competitive ability of the effective improvement of modern hospitals. This essay analysed the leading problems existed in human resources management of modern hospitals,and presented innovative tactics for modern hospitals' s human resources management. These tactics are building up three concepts, namely essence of human,captalism of talents, and hospital cultural improvement; consummating three mechanisms , namely talents introduction, talents cultivation , and talents encouragement ;imppelenting three managements , namely informative management ,simple management , and individual management.
