临床路径在哮喘患儿院内外一体化健康教育中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨临床路径在哮喘患儿健康教育中的积极作用。方法对在我院住院10d以上的哮喘患儿184例,随机分为观察组94例和对照组90例,两组药物治疗相同,观察组制订院内外一体化的健康教育路径图,并对患儿及家属一起进行健康知识指导,对照组采用传统的健康教育方法。结果分别于出院前进行相关健康知识测试、满意度调查、出院1年内跟踪随诊复发率。观察组健康教育达标率93·62%、病人满意率95·74%、出院后1年内复发率4·26%;对照组健康教育达标68·89%、病人满意率81·11%、出院后1年内复发率46·67%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0·01)。结论临床路径用于哮喘健康教育可督导病人知、信、行的统一,能有效地控制哮喘发作频率与严重程度,提高病人满意率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the active effect of the clinical pathway on health education of asthma patients.Methods The 184 asthma patients who hospitalized in our hospital over 10 days ,were separated two groups, observing group 94 and comparing group 90 with the same drug therapy. The observing group was not only set down the pathway of integral health education , but also directed health knowledge to patients and dependents together. Comparing group was chosen the method of routine health education.Results The patients of two groups wereundertaken relevant education knowledge test , investigated the rate of satisfaction ,traced and visited the rate of recurrence after they left hospital within a year. In observing group the qualified rate of health education was 93.62%, the rate of patients' satisfaction was 95.74%,the recurrence rate after they left hospital within a year was 4.26%. In comparing group the qualified rate of health education was 68.89%,the rate of patients' satisfaction was 81.11%,the recurrence rate after they left hospital within a year was 46.67%. The relative difference of two groups was apparent (P<0.01).Conclusion Applying the clinical pathway on integral health education of asthma patients is able to supervise and direct the unity of asthma patients' knowledge, faith and action, to control the frequency and degree of asthma relapse effectively, to improve the rate of patients' satisfaction.
