| 摘 要： | 对877例具有临床和X线检查指征的患者进行了纤支镜检查,其中177例获得组织学或细胞学诊断,均确诊为肺癌。肺癌的确诊率为20%。本文对纤支镜提高肺癌的确诊率,纤支镜直视所见与细胞学类型的关系以及细胞学类型与部位关系进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | 877 cases with suspician of bronchogenic carcinoma in clinical and chest X-ray film were examined with fibrobrochoscopy.Bronchogenic carcinoma was demonstrated in 177 of the 877 cases(20%)with pathologic finding. The diagnostic rate of carcinoma was discussed in respect with fibrobroneho- scopic examinatlon,and so was the relationship of histologic type between the findings under fibrobronchoscope and the locations of bronchogenic carinoma. |
