不同根管预备法对根管壁清洁度影响的扫描电镜观察

目的 比较常规根管预备法、回旋手机根管预备法、超声根管预备法和Profile根管预备法的根管壁清洁度,以提高根管治疗的效果.方法 选用40颗单根管离体牙,随机分成常规组、回旋手机组、超声扩大组和Profile组,分别进行根管预备后纵劈根管,用扫描电镜观察根管壁的清洁度,并进行比较.结果 经Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验,超声组和Profile组比较(P＜0.05)差异有显著性;Profile组和常规组、回旋组比较(P＜0.05)差异有显著性;常规组和回旋组比较(P＞0.05)差异无显著性.结论 超声组的根管壁清洁度优于Profile组,Profile组根管壁洁度优于回旋组和常规组,回旋组和常规组的根管壁清洁度相似.

Comparison of different ways in root canal preparation

Objective To observe and compare the cleaning effects of four different root canal preparation methods. Methods Forty single-rooted teeth were divided into four groups with ten teeth in each group: conventional group,handpiece-driven group, Profile group, ultrasonic device group. The tested teeth were sectioned longitudinally after instrumentation. The intracanal wall dentins were observed by a scanning electron microscope. Results There was singnificant difference in cleaning degree of the intracanal wall between the ultrasonic device group and the Profile group, and between the Profile group and the handpiece driven group. There was no difference between the handpiece driven group and the conventional group. Conclusion The cleaning effect of the ultrasonic device group was better than that of the Profile group,and the Profile group was better than the handpiece-driven group and the conventional group. The handpiece-driven group and the conventional group showed no singnificant difference.
